Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia and to select international destinations
International delivery times vary by location and customs processing
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
All orders include tracking.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as courier delays, weather events, or customs processing). We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
